1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using ClipMaster (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ClipMaster is a cloud-based platform that transcribes video content, identifies candidate clips, scores them for clip quality and self-containment, and renders exports. The Service uses third-party AI models and compute infrastructure. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.
3. Accounts and billing
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. Credits are consumed when processing jobs complete. Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credit packs do not expire.
4. Your content
You retain all ownership of content you upload or process through the Service. By submitting content, you grant ClipMaster a limited license to process and store it for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to process content you do not have the right to use, to violate any applicable law, to circumvent copyright protections, or to harass, harm, or impersonate others. Automated scraping of the Service is prohibited except through the official API with a valid API key.
6. Intellectual property
ClipMaster's software, branding, and documentation are owned by us and protected by copyright. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual property to you.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClipMaster is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. You may cancel your subscription in your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
